I walked in a bit nervous and surprisingly emotional.  My first time in a wig salon. The fact that it's private is very important to your comfort level.  Melinda instantly put me at ease. She exudes love, kindness and sincerity. The hair on my head, what there is of it, is salt and pepper.  I expected to need a special order to match, but she came into the room with an exact match topper that was already the right length and style! It was so natural looking that I paid for it on the spot and left wearing it! I have my confidence and self esteem back! What a great day, and I'm so thankful for Melinda and New Beginnings. Brittany and her mom (who owns the shop) were super helpful, patient, explained myriad details and info, assisted my mom in trying on and adjusting various wigs. At times life changes direction and you enter into a whole new world.  Never did I imagine I would be wig shopping after learning of a life altering diagnosis.  My daughter and sister in law found New Beginnings. I was distraught walking through the door and left feeling like I couldn’t have found a more perfect place to navigate part of my next journey.  Everyone was wonderful, compassionate, and I was treated like my concerns were there inky concerns.  Finally the variety of options weren’t expected and the quality was more than I imagined wigs could be. To put everything over the top they help me with the insurance process which made the administrative part seamless!  So 5 stars only because they didn’t offer the option for 10! I highly recommend even if you have to drive - they are worth and you won’t be disappointed with the results!
